We are a small team and we read every message. Email support@letscometogether.app. Include the email address on your account and, for a problem with an event, ticket or booking, a link to it.
Report content or a person
In the app, touch and hold a message to report it; in group chats you can also report or block the sender. On the web, open a conversation or a person’s profile and choose Report or Block; the report dialog asks for a reason and an optional note. Blocking takes effect immediately. In the app, touch and hold a photo in an event album to report it. For anything that has no report button next to it, email us with a link or a screenshot.
Our commitment on abuse
We act on every report of objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the accounts responsible are ejected from the service.
Tickets, bookings and memberships
Tickets, venue bookings and memberships are sold by the host or venue, who sets the refund policy — you can message them in the app. If that does not resolve it, email us with the order and we will help.
Your account and data
Download a copy of your data or delete your account in the app under Profile → Privacy & data, or email us from the address on your account and we will do it for you.
