Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Come Together.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Keep your sign-in to yourself, keep your details accurate, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. One person, one account.

3. Objectionable content and abusive users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. That includes harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, sexual content sent without consent, spam and scams, impersonation, and posting other people’s private information.

You can report a message or a person, and block anyone, from the app and from the web; hosts can also remove a guest from their event’s chat. We act on every report within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the accounts responsible are ejected from the service.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service for real events and real people. Do not break the law or help anyone else to; do not upload content you have no right to share; do not scrape, probe or overload the service; do not sell tickets you do not hold or resell in a way the host has not allowed; and do not use the service to send unsolicited messages.

5. Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store it, show it and send it to the people you share it with, which is what running the service means. You are responsible for having the right to post it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

6. Hosts, venues and purchases

Tickets, venue bookings and memberships are sold by the hosts and venues who list them, not by us. The host or venue is the seller and sets the price, the refund policy and the terms of the event or booking. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered in Stripe’s payment form and we never see them.

Refunds follow the host’s or venue’s stated policy. Where the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those apply. Memberships are purchased and managed on the web at letscometogether.app; the price and any renewal terms are shown before you join.

If you host events or list a venue, you are responsible for your event or listing, for honouring the tickets and bookings you have sold, and for your own taxes.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for what hosts, venues or other members do or post. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law does not let us exclude.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Privacy & data. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms — immediately, and without notice where the breach is serious. Purchases already made are handled under section 6.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Horace to confirm jurisdiction], and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to something else.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
